Dispatch Console

Single Dispatch Bulk Upload

Dispatch Console is the single place trip details get finalised — new manual orders, bulk uploads, and imported Public Bookings all get their truck, driver, and container details completed here. Allocation only pairs a driver with a truck.

Bulk Container Dispatch

Upload a CSV, Excel (.xlsx/.xls) or JSON file with container dispatch data — container, size, type, eir, dateOut, receivingParty, releaseOrderNo, vessel, voyage, truck, driver, origin, destination, remarks, work type, and distance. Only container is required; this is meant for migrating historical dispatch records too, so rows can be as complete or as sparse as the source data allows and won't be sent through any document verification step. If a container from this file was already imported earlier (e.g. a first batch had no truck/driver/destination yet), a later upload for the same container fills in whatever's still missing instead of creating a duplicate — see the checkbox below.

Outward Type (used when a row has none of its own) Repatriation to PortShippers/ExportSale units

If a container was already imported, fill in its missing fields from this file instead of creating a duplicate

Rows with their own "worktype"/"direction"/"movement" column use that value; everything else falls back to the direction picked above. Outward rows are the ones that appear under Outward in the Depot Report. Only blank fields on an existing record get filled in — anything already set is left untouched, and containers still on an active (non-completed) trip are never merged into.

Bulk Inward Container Upload

Upload a CSV, Excel (.xlsx/.xls) or JSON file of inward containers. Columns are matched by name, in any order — container, type (movement), size, containerType, line, truck, driver, eir, bl, vessel, voyage, deliveringParty, guaranteeNo, cargoStatus, condition, date, dateOut, receivingParty, releaseOrderNo, notes. Truck/driver/shipping line are matched automatically against your fleet records. Rows don't go through document verification, and a row with no dateOut shows up under "Still In Storage" with a one-click Quick Dispatch action.

Gate-In

Rows with their own "movement"/"type" column (Gate-In, Gate-Out, Depot-In, Depot-Out) use that value; everything else falls back to the direction picked above. This also decides what shows up under Outward vs Inward in the Depot Report.

The live fleet map uses free OpenStreetMap tiles via Leaflet.js — no API key or billing account required. Address lookups use the free Nominatim reverse-geocoding service.

GPS Tracking — Wialon

Optional. Trucks fitted with a dedicated Wialon AVL tracker can be tracked via the Wialon Remote API instead of the driver's phone. Link a truck's Wialon unit ID from its detail card under Fleet.

Auto-Refresh Mode

Periodically re-fetches all app data on a timer, in addition to the instant realtime sync. Useful on unreliable connections or unattended/kiosk screens.
